Extra voluminous black tulle party tutu, perfect for parties (Christmas, Halloween..)!

Several layers of gathered tulle give the petticoat a lot of volume. The skirt bottom is in black satin. The waist is elasticated.

A decorative ribbon bow is sewn on the back. The tulle used is a very fine and flexible tulle.
