The "crazy feathers" witch hat is made of black taffeta. Black feathers adorn the hat......you can be a witch and want to stay flirtatious for Halloween!!
A black ribbon and a glued silver sequin buckle adorn the hat. Orange beads and a small satin bow are attached to the tip of the hat (the beads may vary from one model to another but will always be orange unless otherwise requested).
Not suitable for children under 3 years.
