    Juste incroyable !

    De cape is over het algemeen mooi, het ontwerp is goed, de stoffen zijn mooi, maar de kraag was verschrikkelijk slecht afgewerkt. Hij stond niet mooi rechtop, was niet genoeg verstevigd, er zaten inwendige plooien in en was niet mooi recht afgelijnd, maar er zaten stompe hoeken in. Contact met de klantendienst leverde niet veel op, ze snapten het probleem niet. Ik heb nog eens 45 euro betaald aan een plaatselijke naaister om dit te verbeteren, het resultaat is nu wel mooi, maar wel extra kosten.
